Incident management

Keep evidence, responsibility and the review decision together with the right privacy. Keep facts, restricted evidence and the review decision distinct. Use the permitted incident actions for follow-up, and leave unrelated tasks under their own completion controls.

Before you start

Reporting, working, revealing parties, viewing restricted reports, closing and exporting have separate permissions.

  1. Open Incidents and inspect the report type, facts, time and permitted evidence. Establish what was reported and which evidence you are permitted to inspect before adding a conclusion or assigning follow-up.
