Reviews of guests

Review the settings and stay eligibility behind automatic reviews of departed guests. This workflow is distinct from replying to incoming reviews, and live publication remains blocked until channel verification is complete.

Before you start

Changing automatic-review settings requires Publish review replies permission. Changing one stay’s automatic-review switch requires Work reviews. Eligible stays must meet the enabled settings and applicable exclusions.

  1. Open automatic guest-review settings and inspect the enabled behavior, supported channel and configuration for departed stays. Changing these settings requires publishing permission; unsupported channels cannot be made ready by enabling a switch.
