Arrival and departure extras

Before you start

The relevant arrival or departure extra must be enabled with its fee and unit rules. Approval depends on the available time window and your permissions.

  1. Open the early-check-in or late-check-out request and identify its actual stay and requested time. This gives the team a concrete arrival or departure window to assess rather than an ambiguous request for flexibility.
