Organizations and properties

Keep organization membership, property selection and branding distinct. Check the organization and property names together before continuing. A record opened in a previous context can still require different membership or property access.

Before you start

You must belong to the organization you select. Creating or changing organization settings requires its own permission.

  1. Use the organization switcher to select the intended organization. Check the name and address before editing records.

  2. Select the relevant property within that organization. A property is not another organization.

  3. After switching, reopen the intended page. A saved link to another organization still requires membership there. The shell identifies the selected organization and property, and the reopened page shows only records available in that context.
