Local guidebook

Turn local recommendations into a practical guide for the property. Place names, map links, walking times and notes help guests choose where to go without turning a recommendation into a booking.

Before you start

Editing places requires check-in management permission. Use verified public map links and current local information.

  1. In Guest app settings, open Manage guidebook places for the selected property. Keeping the list local makes the guide relevant to where the guest is actually staying.

  2. Add the place’s name and category, map link, walking time and helpful notes in English and Spanish. Explain how to find it and why a guest might choose it, so the recommendation provides practical context beyond a name.
