Before you start

The link still shows only check-in.

Check the Guest app switch and its prerequisite in the selected organization. A closed stay shows the closed state. Do not create a new booking just to reopen a link.

What should I verify?

Open the permitted guest preview after saving and verify the intended sections.

What does not happen automatically?

The guest link is a credential. Share it only with the intended guest. Enabling the app does not release door codes or charge for extras.

How it works, step by step

Guest app

Give each stay one link for registration, arrival instructions, house information and extra requests.

  1. Open Check-in > Guest app, then its Settings sheet. Read any blocker beside the switch before enabling it.
  2. Choose the sections to show. Check each unit’s house information, access instructions and priced extras before sharing.
  3. Share the stay’s signed guest link through an approved message. The guest uses that same link for check-in and the guest app; no download is needed.

The guest link opens the enabled stay sections in the guest’s language, alongside the registration flow.

The guest link is a credential. Share it only with the intended guest. Enabling the app does not release door codes or charge for extras.

House information

Keep the information guests need with their actual unit.

  1. Open Guest app settings and select the unit under House info.
  2. Enter the WiFi network and password in the dedicated form. Review house rules and check-out instructions against the actual unit.
  3. Verify protected information using the guest access state. A password or door code stays behind the access gate.

The selected unit’s house information appears in the guest preview; protected details remain gated until access is allowed.

House information does not change channel listing rules or lock configuration.

Local guidebook

Recommend places with useful directions and notes for the guest.

  1. Open Guest app settings, then Manage guidebook places for the selected property.
  2. Add a place with its category, name, map link, walking time and helpful English and Spanish notes.
  3. Preview the guest guidebook in both languages. Edit or remove outdated recommendations from the same list.

The guest guidebook shows the saved places, local notes and working map links in the selected language.

Recommendations are information, not reservations or a guarantee of opening hours.
