    Questions

    What counts as a unit?

    One bookable apartment, house or room. Combo listings of two units count as the units inside them, not as an extra unit.

    Is there a per-booking fee?

    No. You pay a flat monthly price per unit. Card and PSE payment processing is charged by the payment provider at cost.

    Do I still need Hospy or another compliance tool?

    No. SIRE, TRA, RNT tracking and DIAN invoicing are included in every plan.

    Can I pay in pesos?

    Yes. Plans are billed in COP or USD, by card or bank transfer, with an electronic invoice from Sixto.

    How does the free trial work?

    14 days with every feature and add-on, no card required. Sixto imports your listings from Airbnb and Booking.com on day one.

    Can I switch plans later?

    Yes. Your plan follows your unit count, and add-ons can be turned on or off any time.
