The right people, in the right place, with a plan everyone can see

Assignments, in one place

Know who is cleaning, and where

Keep the cleaner, property, unit and estimated work together. Unassigned cleans stay visible, including work before a same-day arrival.

  • Named assignments by property and unit
  • Turnovers and courtesy cleans in the same view
  • Unassigned work stays easy to spot

Conflicts before saving

One person cannot work two shifts at once

Check the person’s schedule across properties. Sixto rejects overlapping shifts so you can change the hours or choose someone else.

  • Recurring patterns for the usual week
  • Manual changes for the days that differ
  • Overlapping shifts rejected on save

Workload and coverage

See the shortfall before the day starts

Compare estimated cleaning demand with available shift time by property. A shortage calls for review, rather than silently promising that every clean will fit.

  • Estimated work and available minutes
  • Reception gaps alongside cleaning coverage
  • Leave impact before choosing a replacement

[ ASK SIXTO ]

Ask in Spanish or English. Sixto answers and acts.

Sixto answers from your live bookings, documents and books, and can carry out the next step once you approve it.

How do recurring shifts work? How do I change just one day? What should I check before approving time off?
What should I check before approving time off?
Review the affected shifts and property coverage first. Check reception gaps, cleaning capacity and any unassigned cleaning work. A pending request can flag a risk; it does not mean the request is approved.

Before you start

What needs to be set up?

Add your people, their employment details and property access, then set working patterns or individual shifts. Managers need scheduling permission.

Does Sixto optimize routes or block every excess cleaning assignment?

No. Shift overlaps are blocked. Cleaning capacity is an estimate to review, and manual cleaning assignments can still exceed that estimate. Travel routes and appointment scheduling are not calculated.
