I run StrataSix, a 9-unit aparthotel in Barrio Manila, El Poblado, Medellín. We opened in 2025 and quickly learned how much coordination goes into welcoming guests and supporting the team every day.
To keep it running we ended up juggling a pile of tools: Guesty for bookings, PriceLabs for pricing, Hospy for check-in and SIRE and TRA reports, Alegra for invoices, and spreadsheets and WhatsApp for everything else. Our two property managers work in Spanish and are not tech people. Every new tool meant another password, another language and another place for information to get lost.
Many bookings come in at the last minute, so the cleaning list changed several times a day. Foreign guests need a SIRE report, every guest needs TRA, and every arrival needs a door code that works. When something broke, a guest was left standing at the door.
So we built Sixto, for ourselves first: a system where automation does the routine work. Today at StrataSix, Sixto runs online check-in, files SIRE and TRA, issues the DIAN e-invoice, creates a door code for every stay, builds the day's cleaning list in Spanish, drafts guest replies and adjusts prices with PriceLabs. The team just reviews and approves. We save time, everything stays compliant and prices adjust to sell more nights.
Sixto is for people like us: owners and property managers who want smoother guest arrivals, clearer teamwork, less paperwork and more sales. If you run an aparthotel or a group of apartments, we would love to show you how we use it.
