Register every guest
Collect the details of every person staying, including companions. Check that the name and document number match the ID or passport. The person who books is not the full guest list.
Review documents and resolve missing details
Check that the document is readable and valid. If details are missing or do not match, request clarification and leave the case pending for the team. An uploaded image does not mean the document has been verified.
Protect data and review special cases
Explain how you use the data and restrict access to authorized staff. Apply your data processing policy and review requirements for minors before confirming accommodation. Use the legal checklist to review these obligations with your adviser.
File SIRE and TRA
SIRE records foreign guest arrivals and departures. The TRA registers Colombian and foreign guests and companions, and requires an active RNT. Consult the specific guides for current requirements and deadlines. Check each submission result: a prepared report is not a received report.
Confirm arrivals and departures
Compare the people arriving with the registrations. If a companion changes, review their details and update the relevant reports. Record the actual departure and retain submission evidence under your data policy.
How Sixto helps
Sixto verifies every guest and their document (ID or passport) and files SIRE and TRA from that data. Your team reviews cases that need attention.
