Know when the guest will reach your door
Bring flights, expected arrival and departure details into the stay, so your team can plan around the guest’s journey.
Travel details, with Sixto
Landing is only part of the arrival
Record the flight and the time the guest expects to reach the property. Your team gets the distinction that matters for welcoming them.
- Arrival and departure flight details
- Expected property arrival
Keep the stay in step with the journey
Guests can add or correct travel details through their stay link. Staff can make the same update from the reservation.
- Flight or other transport
- Message suggestions for staff review
Plan the welcome around a real arrival time
The expected property arrival feeds stay planning. Early arrival, late departure and pickup hints help your team spot useful follow-up.
- Arrival context for daily operations
- Separate decisions for extra services
What Sixto does, and what stays with you
Alex lands at 14:05 and expects to arrive at 15:30. The team sees both times, so the welcome follows the journey rather than assuming the guest is already at the door.
Also included
Before you start
The landing time differs from the arrival shown in Cleaning.
Cleaning uses the expected property arrival. Ask the guest when they will reach the apartment; do not substitute the flight landing time.
What should I verify?
Verify the saved property arrival in the reservation and the relevant daily planning view.
What does not happen automatically?
Travel hints do not approve an extra, change booking dates or send a guest message. Flight information is personal data and is pruned after the configured retention workflow.

How it works, step by step
Travel details
Separate the guest’s flight details from the time they expect to reach the property.
- Open Travel on the reservation, or let the guest add details through the stay link while the stay is open.
- Choose Flight or Other and enter the known flight, landing time, expected property arrival and departure details.
- Save the travel record. Compare the expected property arrival with the reservation and daily planning; landing time does not replace it.
The reservation shows flight details and expected property arrival separately; daily planning uses the saved property arrival.
Travel hints do not approve an extra, change booking dates or send a guest message. Flight information is personal data and is pruned after the configured retention workflow.
Travel suggestions
Separate the guest’s flight details from the time they expect to reach the property.
- Open the travel suggestion found in the guest’s messages and read the original wording alongside it.
- Check flight, date and time against the message. Distinguish airport landing from expected property arrival before accepting anything.
- Save the supported travel details or dismiss the suggestion. Consider early-arrival, late-departure and pickup hints separately from booking or extra approvals.
Accepted travel details appear on the reservation; dismissed suggestions do not change the saved arrival plan.
Travel hints do not approve an extra, change booking dates or send a guest message. Flight information is personal data and is pruned after the configured retention workflow.
One tool instead of five
Hosts switch to Sixto from a PMS, a compliance tool like Hospy, separate accounting software and a lock app. Everything shares the same guests, bookings and books.
