Travel details

Keep flight landing and expected property arrival separate when planning a guest’s welcome. The travel record belongs to the stay, so staff and guests can supply useful journey details without changing the booking dates.

Before you start

Editing travel requires reservation editing permission. The guest can edit through their signed link while the stay is open.

  1. Use Travel on the reservation to keep the journey with the correct guest and unit. Guests can also add details through their signed stay link while the stay is open.

Limits and prerequisites

Travel hints do not approve an extra, change booking dates or send a guest message. Flight information is personal data and is pruned after the configured retention workflow.
