Use the same reviewed guidance from the help center, workspace search and authorized assistants. Search with the action you want to complete and open the closest matching guide. Instructions explain the workflow; current balances or delivery outcomes need separate source records.

Before you start

An active account can read articles for its permitted areas without chat access. Asking Sixto still requires chat permission.

  1. Open Help from your account menu. Choose a topic or search for the action or problem, such as payment link or flight details.

    1. Open Travel on the reservation, or let the guest add details through the stay link while the stay is open.
    2. Choose Flight or Other and enter the known flight, landing time, expected property arrival and departure details.
    3. Save the travel record. Compare the expected property arrival with the reservation and daily planning; landing time does not replace it.

  3. If you can use Sixto, ask a specific how-to question and open its cited article. For a live balance or delivery status, ask it to inspect the permitted record separately.
