Team scheduling

Combine the regular week, exceptions and operational coverage in one calendar. The regular pattern, a single exception and publication serve different purposes. Keep the selected person and week visible so another planner can understand the change.

Before you start

Calendar viewing and schedule management are separate permissions. Select the intended property and people.

  1. Open Team time > Calendar and choose the period. Review the saved usual week and existing shifts.
