Unread state belongs to your Sixto account. Workflow state and Guesty’s shared read state are separate.

Open Inbox > Guests. Search for a guest or confirmation code and use Open, Snoozed and Done to filter work.

Read status is personal to the Sixto user. Do not assume it is Guesty read status or that marking read closes the conversation. Opening a thread is different from assigning or completing it.

Use Mark all read for your visible inbox scope when appropriate. It marks your existing messages read without closing threads or changing another teammate’s unread status. New arrivals remain unread. The inbox reflects your own read state while Open, Snoozed and Done remain independent conversation workflow states.
