Reservations and guest records

Search bookings and inspect the stay, guests, payments and notes. Use the confirmation code and dates to identify the intended stay. After submitting an action, inspect the saved record before repeating it, especially if a drawer fails.

Before you start

Use the correct property and a guest name or confirmation code. Reservation view permission does not grant all edit actions.

  1. Open Bookings > Reservations and search by guest or confirmation code. Open a row for the reservation panel.

  2. Review the reservation status and dates before acting. Inquiries and cancelled stays are different from confirmed stays.

  3. When an action opens in a side panel, confirm the saved result before closing it. If a frame fails after submission, open the full record and check the result before repeating the action. The reservation panel shows the selected guest, confirmation, dates and booking state, with permitted links to related guest or conversation records.

Limits and prerequisites

Access to a reservation does not grant access to every private guest field or permission to change its source.
