Prepare a reply to an incoming guest review using the original text and the stay’s facts. Drafting and publication are separate actions, and channel publication remains blocked until the required verification is complete.

Read access lets you inspect the review. Publishing requires Publish review replies permission and a verified, ready channel connection.

  1. Open the guest review from Insights > Guests or All reviews and read its original text with the linked stay. A summary or translation can help with reading, but the guest’s words and verified stay facts should guide the reply.
