Make the next payment easy to ask for
Send a clear payment request, give the guest a link and follow the result from one place, for a stay or a standalone payment.
Payment links, with Sixto
Put the payment in context
Choose the guest, purpose, amount, currency and expiry. Use an eligible stay balance or create a standalone request when no reservation is involved.
- Guest language on the request
- Approval for amounts above your threshold
See what actually happened
Keep the payment result next to the request. Supported stay-balance payments can be followed through to the remaining balance.
- Open and paid states
- Payment result available from the link
Stay in control after sharing
Resend an open request without generating a second link. Renew an expired request or cancel a link that is no longer needed.
- Email, supported conversation or copied link
- Expiry and cancellation in the list
What Sixto does, and what stays with you
Alex receives one request for the remaining stay balance. The team can see when it is open and when payment is recorded, without treating an email as proof of collection.
Also included
Before you start
The guest says they paid, but the link is not Paid.
Inspect the payment result and provider status before requesting payment again. An unresolved or delayed outcome can still settle. Never create a replacement charge simply because the browser closed.
What should I verify?
Open the paid result and, for a supported stay-balance payment, check the remaining balance.
What does not happen automatically?
A sent link is not a paid charge or an issued invoice. Airbnb stays use the supported Airbnb collection workflow, not an external payment link.
More about Payment links
Scope Sixto brings reservations, guest check-in, SIRE, TRA and DIAN invoicing workflows together for Colombian hospitality teams. Manage channel connections with Sixto, coordinate guest verification, compatible smart locks, cleaning, staff hours and finance. Reporting, invoicing and connected services require the relevant setup and permissions.
How it works, step by step
Payment links
Request payment for a reservation or a guest without a booking, and verify the actual payment result.
- Open Money > Payment links and choose New payment link. Select the reservation, or choose Not for a reservation for a standalone request.
- Check property, guest name/contact, language, purpose, amount, currency and expiry. Use Stay balance only when Sixto offers it for that stay and a balance is due.
- Follow Open, Paid, Expired or Cancelled in the list. Resending an open link reuses it; renewing an expired link replaces the old one. Cancel through the link’s supported action when the request is no longer needed.
The link appears as Open, Paid, Expired or Cancelled. A supported stay-balance payment has a separate recorded payment result and remaining balance.
A sent link is not a paid charge or an issued invoice. Airbnb stays use the supported Airbnb collection workflow, not an external payment link.
One tool instead of five
Hosts switch to Sixto from a PMS, a compliance tool like Hospy, separate accounting software and a lock app. Everything shares the same guests, bookings and books.
