What the provider describes
These are summaries of the provider’s own published pages, checked on the date above. They are not an independent service audit. Ask the provider to confirm the scope for your property.
- Reservation and channel management.
- A unified guest inbox.
- Task and revenue-management tools.
Start with your operating model
Start by deciding whether you are replacing a reservation platform or improving the work around it. Sixto can use a configured Guesty connection, so an integration may be more appropriate than a migration.
Questions to take to a demonstration
Use real cases from your property. A successful demonstration should show the result, the person responsible and what happens when a step fails.
Are you migrating or connecting?
Draw the ownership of inventory, rates and messages. If Guesty remains your PMS, confirm which changes stay in Guesty and which tasks belong in Sixto.
How do multi-unit stays behave?
Test a combo booking, a cancellation and a room move. Compare physical-unit occupancy with the channel listing rather than counting listings as apartments.
Which team members need each system?
Try the same guest inquiry as an owner, manager and staff member. Check data visibility, approvals and the work left after a message is answered.
How to read this evaluation
We publish Sixto, so this is our evaluation framework rather than an independent ranking. A feature not mentioned here is not necessarily absent. Confirm availability, permissions, integration scope and support directly with each provider.
Before changing a system
- List upcoming reservations, physical units, guest balances and the channels that publish availability.
- Agree on the system of record and test changes with one property before a wider move.
- Export and reconcile guest records and reporting evidence. Define a rollback owner before switching channel control.
