Channel management

The team maps Garden studio to its channel listing, checks the rate-plan ownership and follows the publication result. A connection badge is only one part of that picture.

Before you start

The connection is green but a listing is not live.

Check mapping, rate-plan ownership, certification/approval and the latest publication result. Reconnecting alone does not fix an ownership conflict.

What should I verify?

Verify one known listing and its current availability on the supported status screen.

What does not happen automatically?

Saving a mapping or resolving an alert does not itself publish rates or change a provider reservation.

How it works, step by step

Channel management

Map inventory and inspect publication results without confusing a connection with live distribution.

  1. Open Distribution and select the intended channel/property. Review connection status and its exact blockers.
  2. Map each listing to the real physical unit or combo and the correct rate plans. Review existing reservations before changing ownership.
  3. Open Troubleshooting to inspect sync, event, booking or publication issues. Read the source result before resolving an issue or attempting recovery.

Distribution shows the selected channel’s connection, inventory mapping and latest publication result as separate states.

Saving a mapping or resolving an alert does not itself publish rates or change a provider reservation.
