Keep Guesty. Add the operations layer on top.

Sixto connects to your Guesty account and keeps a live copy of your reservations, guests, calendar, reviews and guest conversations. Your team works in Sixto (inbox, check-in, cleaning, filing, invoicing) while Guesty stays your system of record. Anything Sixto writes back to Guesty goes through an approval outbox, so you stay in control.

Live. Sixto keeps a current copy of your Guesty reservations, guests, calendar, reviews and messages, and writes back what you approve.

[ WHAT IT DOES ]

What it does

  • Live reservation and guest sync

Reservations, guest profiles, payments, reviews and the channel calendar arrive in Sixto through Guesty webhooks and scheduled reads.

  • Guest Inbox

Guest conversations from Guesty show up in one inbox. Replies you write go out through Guesty on the guest's own channel (Airbnb, email, SMS or WhatsApp, whichever Guesty has for that stay).

  • Approved write-back

Sixto can fill Guesty reservation custom fields (such as registration status), the guest's language and one Sixto-owned note line, and send guest messages. Each kind of write is approved separately for each unit.

  • Two-way notes, tags and cleaning status

Guest notes, tags and the listing cleaning status can sync both ways once write-back is set to live. Conflicts are shown to a person, never silently overwritten.

  • Money you can read

Payout, channel fee and what you keep are worked out per reservation from Guesty's money data, so owners and accountants see the same numbers.

[ HOW IT WORKS ]

How it works

  1. 01

An Owner opens Settings > Integrations and enters the Guesty client ID and secret. They are stored encrypted and never shown again.

  2. 02

Switch the sync on. Sixto reads your listings, reservations and guests and subscribes to Guesty webhooks so changes arrive within moments.

  3. 03

Match each Guesty listing to a unit in Sixto. Combo listings can be handled as request-to-book.

  4. 04

Work in Sixto. Anything written to Guesty is queued in the outbox with a preview of exactly what will be sent.

  5. 05

An Owner approves each write type for each unit. Every field written is read back to confirm Guesty shows the value.

[ PRIVACY ]

Permissions and privacy

  • Nothing is written to Guesty until an Owner approves each write type on each unit.

  • Sixto never writes door codes, passport or ID numbers, birthdays, money, dates or status to Guesty. These are refused before any request is made and the refusal is logged.

  • Guesty credentials are encrypted in the credential vault and are never shown again after saving.

  • Sixto spaces its requests and backs off on Guesty rate limits, so it does not slow down your other tools.

  • Incoming Guesty webhooks are verified before they are used.

[ FAQ ]

Common questions

Do I have to use Guesty to use Sixto?

No. Integrations are optional and set per property. Use Guesty, a channel manager connection, or both.

Will Sixto change my Guesty data?

Only what you approve. A write needs an Owner's approval for that write type on every unit involved.

Can Sixto reply to guests through Guesty?

Yes. Replies go out through Guesty on the guest's own channel: Airbnb, Booking.com, email, SMS or WhatsApp, after your approval.

Does Sixto replace Guesty?

No. Sixto works alongside Guesty and adds operations on top.
