HospyAvailable

Run Hospy and Sixto side by side, then switch unit by unit.

If your guests already check in with Hospy, Sixto reads those check-ins so your board stays accurate. When you want to stop paying for a separate check-in tool, Sixto has its own guest check-in, lodging contract and filing, and you move one unit at a time with checks that must pass before each switch.

Live. Sixto picks up Hospy's check-ins and filing reports, and each unit can move to Sixto's own check-in when you decide.

[ WHAT IT DOES ]

What it does

  • Reads Hospy check-in completions

Hospy's check-in completed emails and the check-in comments Hospy leaves on the reservation mark the check-in as done in Sixto.

  • Matches to exactly one stay

A check-in is matched by dates, unit, channel and guest identity. If it does not match exactly one stay, it goes to a review queue instead of guessing.

  • Captures Hospy filing reports

Hospy's SIRE and TRA success and error report emails are stored as read-only records for a daily comparison with Sixto's own filing.

  • Unit-by-unit switch

Go-live switches move a unit from Hospy to Sixto's own check-in and access message. Each switch is gated by checks recorded in the app.

[ HOW IT WORKS ]

How it works

  1. 01

Forward or deliver Hospy's emails to a Sixto mailbox (see the Email integration). Sixto reads the check-in completed and filing report emails.

  2. 02

With Guesty connected, Sixto also reads the check-in comments Hospy leaves on each reservation.

  3. 03

Each completed check-in is matched to one stay and marked done. Anything unclear waits in the review queue for a person.

  4. 04

A daily comparison shows where Hospy and Sixto agree or differ.

  5. 05

When the checks pass, an approver switches a unit to Sixto's own check-in from the Go-live area. Hospy keeps running for every other unit.

[ PRIVACY ]

Permissions and privacy

  • Sixto only reads from Hospy. Nothing is sent to Hospy and nothing is sent to the guest from this integration.

  • A check-in is never accepted on a guess, because a completed check-in can release building access.

  • Mail from outside your team is treated as data, never as instructions, and its sender and body are masked in the app.

[ FAQ ]

Common questions

How does Sixto read Hospy?

From Hospy's emails and from the comments Hospy leaves on the reservation in your PMS.

Do I have to stop using Hospy?

No. Both run side by side until you move a unit. Sixto's own check-in is optional.

What happens to filings during the switch?

Filing for a unit moves with its check-in. See the SIRE and TRA pages for how Sixto files.
