Residences built for working travellers
StrataSix offers private one- and two-bedroom residences with 15 beds in Barrio Manila, plus a ground-floor commercial space leased to a local business. The building sits in a quiet corner of El Poblado, a short walk from Provenza and Parque Lleras. Every unit has fiber internet with a cabled connection, a real workstation with an external monitor, a full kitchen and blackout curtains.
Guests book a single bed or apartment for a month of remote work, several units for a team trip, or the whole building. They expect a hotel's standards in an apartment: touchless check-in, spotless turnovers and fast replies on WhatsApp.

Hotel service, apartment paperwork
Most StrataSix guests come from abroad. Each one has to be reported to Migración Colombia through SIRE and registered on the TRA card, every stay needs a DIAN e-invoice, and the RNT has to stay current. Bookings arrive from Airbnb, Booking.com, the StrataSix website and WhatsApp.
- A SIRE report within 24 hours of every foreign check-in
- A TRA registration for each guest
- A DIAN e-invoice for every stay, often with a company NIT
- Questions on four channels, in two languages, at all hours
“Fifteen beds, a commercial space downstairs, guests landing at all hours and a SIRE report for every foreign guest. Sixto handles the paperwork, so our team can focus on the stay.”
Sixto runs the day
StrataSix uses Sixto as one system for the building. Sixto does the routine work and asks the team only when a decision needs a person.
