Sixto uses a small number of service providers (subprocessors) that process customer personal data on our behalf. This page lists the categories, what each is used for and where it operates. The current named list of providers is available on request at [email protected].
Categories we use
Every subprocessor is bound by a written agreement that requires confidentiality, security measures and use of the data only to provide its service to us. Regions are those where the provider processes data; some providers operate globally.
Integrations chosen by the customer
Customers can connect third-party services such as channel managers and property management systems (for example Guesty or Channex), smart lock platforms (for example Seam), e-invoicing providers and their own AI agent. These are not Sixto subprocessors: the customer chooses and configures them, and they receive data under the customer's own agreement with them. Sixto only exchanges the data needed for the integration to work.
Changes to this list
We notify customers before we add or replace a subprocessor that processes customer personal data, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. To receive notices or to ask about a provider, write to [email protected].
