What it does

  • Movements from real stays

    Arrivals and departures of foreign guests are worked out from your reservations and check-ins. Colombian guests are not reported to SIRE (they go to TRA).

  • The official file

    Sixto builds the tab-delimited file with one file per movement date and validates it before anything is uploaded.

  • A filing robot

    A separate robot logs in with a dedicated SIRE user and uploads the file on the official site. It stops after two failed logins and never tries to get around a captcha.

  • Deadline alerts and escalation

    The deadline is the same day until 23:59. If a filing is not confirmed, Sixto alerts in steps: the team first, then the managers, then everyone urgent, then an incident record after the deadline.

  • Portal change watch and manual mode

    Sixto checks the public SIRE pages for changes. If the portal changes, filing moves to manual mode and people are alerted instead of guessing.

    Guests complete the check-in form. Sixto stores their ID data encrypted.

    Each day Sixto plans the movements that must be reported and builds and validates the file.

    The robot uploads the file on the official site and reports the result back.

    Each result is checked. A failure or a missed deadline starts the alert ladder.

Permissions and privacy

  • Guest ID document numbers are stored encrypted, shown masked, and never sent to Sixto's chat, email bodies, your PMS, logs or any AI.

  • The robot uses a dedicated SIRE user and a signed, single-use connection to Sixto. It cannot read or change anything else.

  • Alerts carry counts and initials, not guest details.

  • Guest ID images are private, encrypted, logged on every view and deleted when retention ends.

Common questions

Is SIRE only for foreign guests?

Yes. Foreign nationals go to SIRE. Every guest, Colombian or foreign, goes to TRA.

What if the robot cannot log in?

It stops after two failed logins and starts the alert ladder so a person can file by hand.

Does this replace my compliance advice?

No. Sixto helps you file on time. You remain responsible for your obligations.
