What it does

  • Lock list with health

    Locks used by current and upcoming stays, with battery, online status, locked state and issues.

  • Guest and backup code status on each reservation

    See whether the code is scheduled, set on the device or has an error, without showing the code itself.

  • Alerts

    Offline locks, low batteries and codes that failed to program raise alerts for your team.

  • Reveal with permission

    People with the code permission can reveal a code. Each reveal is logged.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect Guesty. Sixto uses the same connection to read Guesty Locks Manager.

  2. 02

    Sixto reads the locks and codes of stays that are in house or arriving soon, about every 30 minutes, and changed stays about every 5 minutes.

  3. 03

    Map each lock to a unit in Sixto if it is not matched automatically.

  4. 04

    Guests receive their code through Guesty's own message variable. Sixto never writes a code into a message.

Permissions and privacy

  • Door code values are encrypted, never logged, and never sent to webhooks, emails, AI prompts or the API by default. Seeing a code needs a specific permission and every view is audited.

  • Guesty documents only a read endpoint for guest codes, so Sixto does not create, edit or unlock anything through it.

Can Sixto unlock a door through Guesty?

Remote unlock is available with Seam as your lock provider.

Do I see the door code?

Only if you hold the code permission, and each view is logged.
