PriceLabsAvailable

PriceLabs sets the price. Sixto makes sure everyone respects it.

PriceLabs keeps setting your nightly prices. Sixto connects with a read-only key to see whether each listing is up to date, uses your PriceLabs minimum price as a floor when your team quotes a stay, and explains pricing to your team in plain language. It never writes to PriceLabs.

Live. PriceLabs sets your prices and Sixto respects them: it reads freshness and minimum prices and never changes a price in PriceLabs.

[ WHAT IT DOES ]

What it does

  • Freshness check

Sixto reads your PriceLabs listings and flags a listing whose data is out of date, so a stale price does not go unnoticed.

  • Minimum price as a floor

Quotes for a stay respect the PriceLabs minimum price, or a manual floor you set, and show where the floor came from.

  • Pricing explained

Pages for how pricing works, key dates and discounts show your base, minimum and maximum prices and the rules in force.

  • Calendar gap checks

The calendar flags gaps shorter than the minimum stay, so you can see where PriceLabs rules leave dead nights.

  • Price-change requests with approval

Your team can ask for a pricing change. A person approves or declines it in Sixto. Applying it in PriceLabs stays a separate step.

[ HOW IT WORKS ]

How it works

  1. 01

An Owner pastes the PriceLabs API key in Settings > Integrations. It is stored encrypted.

  2. 02

Sixto reads your listings and checks when each was last refreshed.

  3. 03

Pricing pages show your base, minimum and maximum prices and rules. A floor is applied automatically when your team quotes a stay.

  4. 04

Keep working in PriceLabs for the actual prices. Sixto only reads.
