Know which payouts arrived and which are late.
Channels pay you on their own schedule. Sixto works out the payout it expects for each reservation, you upload your bank statement, and Sixto matches the lines to the payouts. What does not match is shown to you, and a payout that is late is flagged. Everything feeds a double-entry ledger so your books agree with your reservations.
Live. Upload bank statements as CSV or XLSX and match them to expected payouts.
What it does
CSV and XLSX statements
Upload a statement from your bank. Delimiters and Spanish encodings are detected, and you save a column mapping once per bank account.
Expected payouts per channel
For each reservation Sixto works out gross, channel fee and what you should receive, and when (Airbnb counted from check-in, Booking.com from check-out).
Matching and overdue flags
Statement lines are matched to payouts. An unmatched payout past its expected date is flagged as overdue.
Multi-currency accounts
Bank accounts can be in COP, USD or EUR.
Nothing is ever deleted
Imported lines stay forever, an unmatch keeps its history, and a ledger entry is cancelled by a reversal, never edited away.
How it works
- 01
Add a bank account with its currency and opening balance.
- 02
Upload a statement and map its columns once. Sixto remembers the mapping for that account.
- 03
Sixto proposes matches between lines and expected payouts. You confirm or fix them.
- 04
Review what is overdue or unmatched and follow up with the channel.

Common questions
Does Sixto connect to my bank?
No. You upload CSV or XLSX statements.
Which banks work?
Any bank that gives you a CSV or XLSX statement, because you map the columns yourself.
Does it replace my accountant's software?
No. It keeps your reservations and bank lines consistent. Your accountant can still export from it.
